Recently the California Department of Public Health has declared “It is unlawful in California to sell Kratom as a food, dietary supplement, or drug to those of any age” in California.
This is a massive overreach of power and creates immense confusion and problems for California kratom consumers. Message the California State Legislature today and share your story why CA DPH needs to follow the law and let the legislature appropriately regulate safe kratom products. The FDA has distinguished between natural kratom and synthetic products, so why isn’t the California DPH?
