Maryland SB 820: Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission - Unauthorized Consumable Products - Enforcement and Seizure

Must Register with MyMGA to submit a written comment or participate virtually on Tuesday, 3/3, by 6:00 PM ET https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/These Maryland bills attempt to define kratom products as “unauthorized consumable products,” allowing citations and prohibiting retailers from selling or advertising them. This would effectively remove safe access for responsible consumers.
